Information we collect

When you request a quote, we may collect your name, company, email address, optional phone number, job specifications, messages and artwork files you choose to upload. Cloudflare Turnstile also processes technical information necessary to protect the form from abuse.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, communicate about requested work, protect our services from abuse and operate our website.

Artwork storage

Uploaded quote artwork is stored privately using Cloudflare R2. Quote-stage artwork is configured for automatic deletion after 90 days. Larger files may be sent separately using WeTransfer.

Service providers

We use service providers including Cloudflare for website hosting, security and private file storage, and Resend for transactional email delivery. These providers process information on our behalf to provide those services.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal information and to lodge a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority.
